Secondly, government grants such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), which are sometimes seen as being more suitable for established SMEs – rather than younger business at the nascent stages of their businesses.
As announced in Supplementary Resilience Budget 2020, these schemes will be enhanced until Dec2020 in which the maximum support for EDG being raised to 80% up to 90% respectively to spur business transformation.
